The Scream 7 cast continues to grow with the addition of Ethan Embry (First Man, Grace & Frankie), who will star alongside legacy cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Scott Foley, Matthew Lillard, Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown.
