- Jenna Ortega left the project
The two little bombshells dropped today revealed that Jenna Ortega actually left the project officially for two reasons: scheduling conflicts and pay. Her camp wanted seven figures for Ortega to appear in Scream 7.
The second thing we learned was that it appears that Guy Busick is no longer co-writing the movie. James Vanderbilt is currently the sole writer.
