It's been a long and surprisingly painful search, but Nate Ragon, Corey Hersh, and I have finally figured out the brand name of the boots used in the original Scream. We've been unsuccessful in figuring out the exact model, but they are, in fact, BOKS by Reebok.
Most fans probably don't care about this tidbit, but for die-hard fans and cosplayers, it's sometimes cool to have or at least know the exact brands seen on screen.
If anyone knows the exact model, feel free to share the knowledge!
