Kevin Williamson took to Twitter today and dropped a few bombs. First up, he confirmed the title of Scream 5 is simply Scream (so we'll officially be referring to it as Scream 2022). Second, he revealed the first look at Ghostface in the upcoming movie and offered up our first official glimpses at Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox on the set.
